1. Introduction

Welcome to Atmos AI. We take your privacy very seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal information and architectural data you provide when using our mobile application and rendering services.

2. Information We Collect

For the operation of the service, we collect:

Images: The photographs, sketches, or architectural floor plans that you voluntarily upload in the interface to be processed.
Device and Diagnostic Information: Device model and operating system version automatically collected through our third-party services (such as RevenueCat and Apple Analytics) strictly for technical support and subscription management purposes.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing (Third Parties) and Data Use

To provide the core photorealistic rendering functionality, Atmos collects and shares the architectural sketches or images you explicitly provide in the app with our Artificial Intelligence service provider: Google Cloud (Vertex AI). The style parameters (prompts) are pre-defined internally by the application and do not contain user information.

This processing is ephemeral in nature. The transmitted data is used solely and exclusively to generate the requested render at that moment. Under our provider's enterprise terms of service, your personal information and images are NOT stored on their servers after the result is generated, and are NOT used to train public artificial intelligence models by Google. Atmos and Google Cloud guarantee the same strict level of protection for your data.

To comply with privacy regulations, Atmos requires your explicit in-app consent before transmitting your image for the first time. We do not share, sell, or make your original designs public to any other third party.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted services to operate our infrastructure:

Google Firebase: For secure user authentication and database.
Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI): For secure and ephemeral Artificial Intelligence processing.
RevenueCat: For secure subscription and payment management.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL/TLS encryption) to protect your files during transmission between your device and our servers.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time.

In-App Deletion: The Atmos AI app includes a built-in "Delete my account" feature within the Settings/Support section. By using this option, we will permanently delete your user account and all associated data from our servers automatically and irreversibly.
Manual Request: If you do not have access to the app, you can request full deletion of your data by sending an email to support@app-atmos.com with the subject "Delete Data".
