1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Atmos AI application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Atmos AI is an architectural visualization tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to transform blueprints into rendered schematics. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the results will always be strictly accurate or free of visual interpretation errors.

3. Credit System (Tokens)

The use of image generation requires "credits" or "tokens".

Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify the credit cost per generation at any time.

3.1 Pro Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Atmos AI offers subscription plans (e.g., "Atmos Pro Monthly", "Atmos Pro Yearly") that are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Designs: You retain all ownership rights to the original floor plans you upload and the images generated by the platform.
Our App: The source code, interface design, and algorithms of Atmos AI are the exclusive property of our company.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this rule.

6. Limitation of Liability

Atmos AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruptions.

7. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

The use of this application is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). By using Atmos AI, you agree to the terms set forth at:
